It was clean

A real nightmare… the hotel it’s right up to a bar that put music until 3 a.m every night, it’s impossible to sleep! It was like I was sleeping into a nightclub. I received the worst possible room because I was on the first floor on the side of the bar… and I also mentioned in the reservation that I was coming for work. I understand it’s not their fault if the bar put the music loud but: 1) if you are smart you don’t give the loudest room to someone is coming for work that will complain for sure, maybe give it to some guys that are coming to party. 2) if you have the music problem you put soundproof walls, otherwise you don’t sell the room at all, especially the first floor, bar side. I should have read the other reviews, because other people are mentioning that, if you are booking please read mine because it was the worst night of my life I swear.

Location was very central but also on à street that has live music. Despite staying on the top floor you could still hear it/few reverberations.

While the staff were very helpful in sorting out the check in it would have just been smoother to have a manned reception rather than computer (for example, there were several little things that would have been easier to sort out at reception lile Netflix not working on the TV in the room, there not being any shampoo as standard etc)

The location is great, really central with lots nearby. The room was great, very comfy and clean with everything we needed. The whole hotel is really nicely designed and the breakfast was good too, the scrambled egg was much better than most places I've been! I'd definitely recommend the hotel if you want to be in a great spot for bars and restaurants and don't mind a little background music at night!

The self check in was a bit slow but fine, it would have been helpful to have some more staff around. We arrived early and were told we could leave our bags but it wasn't very clear where we should do this, luckily we found someone who was really helpful but I'd advise getting clearer instructions from them beforehand if you want to do this. The location is also very noisy with bars directly below. We were facing the back and it was OK but could hear the bass from the music, I imagine it's a lot noisier at the front. The bars closed at 2am so if you're going out it's not really a problem and we slept fine and didn't regret the choice but I'd bear it in mind if you're a light sleeper!

Extreme noise and no sleep from the nightclubs downstairs. Noise until 3am Complex and unsuccessful self check in...no keys until next morning...no reception sraff

The location is the best.
