The location is great, right in the centre. I was there for work and at a few minutes form the venue my meetings took place. The staff - the only one I met - The lady who was preparing breakfast - was extremely nice and very helpful. I had an issue with the room the first night and she was very kind to me. Breakfast was also good, a satisfactory buffet, sweet and savoury options ,and you could also have something cooked on the minute. Rooms were clean and tidy. You had free water and a water heater to prepare tea or coffee if you wished

Despite having asked for a quiet room as I was there for work, the first night I was given a room at the first floor on the street side. it was unbelievably noisy, because there is a disco pub just in front with very loud music until 2 am every day. People should know about it, and I think the hotel should do some insulation or the disco pub adapt the timing at least during the week.The walls were literally vibrating downstairs. However after my complain I was given a very nice room on the fourth floor, on the back, which was bigger and quiet. I really appreciated their gesture. I also would have loved to have somebody at the reception also in the morning.

Troppo rumoroso con i locali sotto le finestre....non si è dormito sino alle 3 di notte ,ovvero la chiusura di quest ultimi.

Zona centrale, camere sempre tenute pulite ogni giorno.

Rumore la notte dai locali sottostanti. Mancanza di un armadio in camera. Colazione non ricca sul dolce
