Helpfulness of staff with lost property; spacious room for family of 5 with luggage; great location for walking and exploring Kyoto; great kitchen and washing machine; ample heating if you wanted it

Room is missing a washing line across the bath to aid drying with the in-bathroom dryer

Location to old Kyoto was a 5 min walking distance Cleanliness Bathroom, washing machine , kitchen Close walking distance to 24 hour supermarket

Check in was at a different location - very confusing 2nd visit and stay last time tye check in was automatic check in.

誰もスタッフがいない　怖い　静かすぎて

京都駅に到着したので、駅前のビルでのチェックインもそれほど面倒ではなかった。無料シャトルも割とすぐに手配して下さった。

わかってはいましたが、最寄り駅の京阪清水五条まで徒歩7分かかり、また近くの最寄りスーパーのフレスコ東山やハッピー六原までも7分と微妙に距離があり便利とまで行きませんでした。ただ清水寺周辺や博物館に行くには徒歩で行けるので便利な立地です。チェックアウトの日はすぐ前の大通りで、すぐに流しのタクシーが止められました。
