Check in is at an office near Kyoto station and was a fast smooth process. Shuttle bus are available at request to tour accommodation from the reception office from 8am-8pm however you need to go to the office to request and it is only a one way transport. The accomodation is huge and perfect for a family of 4/5! Both beds were comfortable and even the sofa bed was nice to sleep on (unless you’re big) the view were good and near a tourist attraction! You can also rent the scooter right below for ease of movement around Kyoto. Room was exactly like in the pictures

The floors were squeaky when you walking around the apartment, I was in room 302

The layout of the room, access to multiple streaming applications on the TV or projector, the bunk beds, the laundry machine, and the conveniences of both location and the accommodations.

Not enough pillows, one pillow usually feels too soft. But that is okay, I used the extra pillow from the unused bunk bed when I was staying.

The location was perfect. Quiet and more residential, but walking distance to some great local restaurants and temples. So easy to jump on a bus and travel around.

​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for our group trip! We stayed here in mid-February and were very impressed. The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable for our group. The location is excellent—easy to get around even in the snow! A huge shoutout to the staff at the Kyoto Station check-in office who were incredibly helpful and made the process seamless. Most importantly, the room stayed perfectly warm and cozy even when it was -3°C outside. Highly recommended
