The check-in staff was some of the nicest staff we encountered on our trip. They gave us a ride from check-in to our location. The location was right by shrines and nice areas to walk in. An incredible Indian restaurant was right around the corner from our place. We stayed in a room with four bunkbeds and they were so cute. Pretty comfortable, though the pillows were pretty flat. That is the only thing that could be improved. Plenty of chargers, coffee and bath salts were included in the room, a really nice separate kitchen area, separate bath area, sitting area, and a desk. We were very happy with the size of the room for a family of four. The washing machine was great, and it was wonderful to have a bathtub along with a shower.

Honestly, it was pretty wonderful. Being from America, we are used to more, and larger pillows, and maybe the inclusion of some plastic hangers to hang laundry, -but that was the only thing that I would change. We were very happy with the space. All the staff was particularly helpful and friendly.
