The staff were amazing and helped us retrieve our bag we left on a bus. The location was awesome, great food options all within walking distance. Supermarket too very close. Also walking distance to Sannenzaka, the gorgeous cobbled streets and tea houses. We loved our stay here so spacious for a family of 5. Plus awesome having washing machine and drying room.

The sofa bed was very tiny for our teenager should specify its quite small when booking for 5 people.

Świetna obsługa w języku angielskim. Bardzo miły i kompetentny Pan nas obsługiwał. Można było zostawić walizki w biurze, a do apartamentu zostaliśmy dowiezieni (bezpłatnie) busem. Ponadto na nasza prośbę mogliśmy nadać list z dokumentami na adres biura i odebrać - bardzo pomocny personel. Lokalizacja fenomenalna. Jeśli otrzymasz pokój na 4 piętrze (nie od strony ulicy) jest spokojnie. Łóżka bardzo duże i wygodne. Materiały dot. atrakcji turystycznych, obsługi sprzętu domowego - wszystkie profesjonalnie opisane w języku angielskim. Na miejscu palarnia, automat z napojami, parasolki. Ładnie urządzony apartament w pełni wyposażony. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i skorzystamy z tej firmy i obiektu ponownie.
