comfortable room, well equipped.

we needed to travel to the other side of town with our laggage in order to do the check in, we were asked to pay extra cash on top of the booking.com fees. we had to leave our bags at the office and come back again to pick it up in the afternoon. very inconvinient process of check in.

Comfortable room, enjoyed the projector, and the staff were very supportive.

Shuttle service to the nearest station at the time of check-out would have been a good addition.

The check-in process was clear to us, had no issues, just followed instructions from mail. Location of the apartament was great for this price. We had bus stops and metro stop 5-10 minutes walks away. It was also not far from some main attractions like Kiyomizu dera or Gion. Accessible by walk. The room itself was very spacious. Beds were super comfortable, I will miss them. Toilet and bathroom were super nice. We loved that we could do a laundry and dry it in the batroom, this option was a life saver. The kitchen was nice too. We only used a microvawe for bentos and a fridge. It was very quiet in the room even tho it's located next to a main road. You can use a luggage storage room before check in and after check out and this was also very nice. There are few konbinies near by, but there is also a vending machine with drinks right in front of the door. Truly an amazing place.
