The Dunes

All staff, especially reception, were very welcoming. Our room was quite large, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and had balcony overlooking the golf course. Large car park and easy walk to the town and the coastal path.

Nothing to dislike

We had a truly gorgeous night’s stay at The Dunes at Tenby Golf Club. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. Sue at reception was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, making check-in smooth and setting the tone for our visit. Holly, the bar supervisor, was equally wonderful—very friendly and attentive, as were all the bar and restaurant staff, who made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. The housekeeping team also deserve a mention for being so accommodating and approachable. Our room was stunning, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the golf course. It was spotless, and the décor perfectly complemented the seaside setting, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The golf club itself was lovely, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to Tenby town centre, which was really convenient. We wouldn’t hesitate to return—highly recommended for a peaceful and well-looked-after stay.

The staff were professional and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious with beautiful view of the golf course. Lovely full Welsh breakfast but the gluten free option was a bit stingy.

The hotel was far too warm. The radiators were on throughout the hotel making it feel very warm and the room was uncomfortably hot. I unplugged the electric heater but the towel rail in the bathroom was scorching hot and couldn’t be turned down. We had to have the balcony doors open through the night.
