Overall, everything was good. I liked the delicious breakfast, the large swimming pool, and the friendly staff. The living room area in the room was spacious.

However, for improvement, it would be better if there were a dressing table in the room and more power points added.

Facility can be improved. Water heater not well functioning. Wifi is down for 3 hours. Game in game room is limited.

The view, the facility, the comfort, the staff's hospitality is all very good. The scenery is superb. The swimming pool for kids is way bigger compare to other resort I went to, it made my kids playing in the pool without boring too early. This resort is very suitable for family with small kids.

The road on the way to the resort is very terrible. Many small landslides, small road big enough only for 1 vehicle to use at 1 time. It's quite dangerous during monsoon season with regular rain. But can't blame the resort as it's more about authority who handle the road. Another concern is food quality sold vs the price offered. The food is just average compare to the price. I can accept the price if the food taste is good. I think the resort can do better.
