Breakfast tak mengcukupi.pukul 9.30 dh tak ada makanan/habis.staff bagi alasan sibuk nk sediakan makanan utk tgh hari.kecewa dengan sikap staff.sedangkan masih dlm range breakfast.staff tak mesra customer.

Perlu follow apa yang standard hotel/penginapan buat.dh tertulis kul 7-10(breakfast).sy sampai awal kul 1.staff minta keluar.cara bercakap tak hormat pelanggan.1st kena cmni.dh beratus hotel sy stay.
