The room was good, but there was no room service. The owners behaviour was pathetic. When I ordered coffee, he told that its not possible. There was a wedding at the time of my stay so they told that they were busy in that. The main point is if you are not able to serve then you should not take the reservation. In the morning, breakfast was included. When we called them to ask they told you need to come to the buffet, when we went they told it will served in the room. We waited for 1 hr, nobody turned up. The ac was not working the pool was not clean. We had complained for the ac as well but no response

The swimming pool was extremely dirty (as you can see in the photos), and no one was able to use it. Even after informing the staff about the issue, no action was taken. The food was tasteless, and there were hardly any activities available. Most of the indoor games were not functional. For example, the snooker cue was broken, and the table tennis setup was a joke—the table was so small that there wasn't even enough space for the ball to bounce properly (as shown in the photos). For badminton, there was only one racket available and no shuttlecock. Cycling was listed as an activity, but there were no bicycles available at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.
