Clean, great location

The room itself was nice, but we had a major issue with the bathroom. The sink was leaking boiling hot water directly into the shower area, making it almost impossible to close and use safely. The whole bathroom ended up flooded, and we actually slipped and got hurt on the wet floor. The hotel manager responded quickly and sent someone to fix it, which we appreciated. We were told we would receive a full refund due to the inconvenience, but in the end, only 50% was refunded. Disappointed by the way it was handled after the fact.

Fantastic service from the concierge, booked us a fabulous dinner and made us tires travellers a cup of excellent coffee and didn't charge us for it.

Una matrimoniale Deluxe di una bellezza estrema. Silenziosissima, arredata con gusto e stile e dotata di ogni comfort. Le bevande nel frigo bar sono di benvenuto e gratuite così come il cocktail/drink/caffè offerto nel caso in cui si parcheggi in uno dei parcheggi a pagamento.

hotel molto comodo come posizione, staff accogliente e disponibile, camera ampia e ben insonorizzata, letti comodi.

purtroppo nel nostro caso l'ascensore era rotto e si fermava al 3 piano quindi noi abbiamo sempre fatto 1 piano di scale a piedi e con i bagagli non è il massimo, ma sicuramente si tratta di un disservizio transitorio in attesa della riparazione

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale molto gentile, camera molto bella e pulita. Posizione fantastica e buona colazione.
