Great location, spacious rooms, and comfortable. We loved the fireplace !

The location is perfect and we loved being so close to everything including the sea. The flat was really clean and spacious, the smart tele was a real treat for us too. Whenever I had a Q, the staff looking after the booking were immediately responsive and very kind. Thank you

Uncomfortable beds.

Location excellent, great bathroom and kitchen. Tv good size. Quite even though by a road

No parking nearby. Had to figure out myself where to park the car. Spent 1.5 hours to find parking. Eventually searched online and found best option to park at train station. Beds in living room where really hard, could do with sth on top to make it softer.

Great location on the seafront near the pier and just a few minutes walk from the town centre and station. Apartment is spacious, has a well-equipped kitchen and a large-screen TV with access to various on-demand services. In a block with other flats so occasional noise from the stairs at the front but quiet in the bedroom at night.

Some initial issues in connecting to the wifi but the owners helped with this - not initially sure what the apartment's wifi address was with several others in the building coming up on the list of available services (it's the BT one). Other than that, no problems.

Just right for a stay in Deal - very good location , and furnished with thought and style.

For 2 nights, 1 pod for dishwasher, that plates don't fit in, not the end of the world as there's washing liquid No toilet paper Carpet grippers on steps means going up and down the steps without shoes can be a bit uncomfortable Sleeping on the spare beds/sofa beds was pretty uncomfortable, quite hard, could probably use some kind of pads to cushion a bit more All of these are fairly minor considering the price point though
