Super accommodating family

Gracious hosts! Clean facilities. Quiet. Good breakfast!

We stayed at Dar Dyafa on our way from Merzouga to Agadir. The family who runs it was very friendly and made us feel welcome in their home. Our room was nice and comfortable, and staying with a local family made our Morocco trip feel more real and special. They even showed us their carpet workshop and gave us a little tour explaining the traditional weaving techniques. The best part was the dinner they cooked for us - it was real Moroccan home cooking.

The host is really amazing, the food was excelent!

My husband and I had another wonderful time at the apartment. This apartment is equipped with kitchen essentials, but after a long day of travel, it was very nice to have a delicious meal prepared by the host. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The main bathroom is large and nice and there is even a second bathroom in the apartment. I have stayed in many apartments in Marrakesh and this is my favorite. The location is perfect and peaceful, and the hosts are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment!

The large entrance room is a little daunting and the kitchen belongs to the host and is not in the apartment

Kind people willing to help, we where on the road and finding this was a real hidden gem :) amazing breakfast and we left with a couple of carpets we highly recommend:)

Family hosts were very kind.

We travelled to Taznakht in search of Berber carpets and at Dar Dyafa we couldn't have found a better place to stay. The host family did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable & memorable. The accommodation was comfortable & the food was deliciously prepared according to our requests. The hosts also manage a local cooperative to help local women weavers to market their carpets. There was a wide choice of carpet styles to choose from, and all to the high standard of quality you would expect from being hand-made. The location is stunning & peaceful - a wonderful place to relax. In very close walking distance from the house are the ruins of the Kasbah which makes for interesting exploration. An amazing experience. Highly recommended.
