Espace Taznakhte

The family that hosted us is amazing! They made us feel very welcome. We were received by Hamid, the son-in-law, who speaks English and French, who helped us to get installed. The women then invited us into their kitchen for tea and delicious snacks. After that we met Amina in her carpet workshop, where we saw her art and could try it ourselves. In the evening we ate a yummy couscous in the family room. A very warm experience!

No downsides. As in many places in Morocco, the toilet is french, which we had gotten used to by then.

Amazing place to experience traditional Moroccan culture and cuisine. We ate the best tagine of the all trip, and the price is great for what you get. You get to know the family and they are so wonderful. Shukran!

We had a great though unexpected time in taznakhte. Hamid and his family were very welcoming from the start. They put the time to show us the place around and explain how the people in that part of Morocco make a living. We also had opportunity to try the food they cooked. It was delicious.
