Comfy clean & the staff were amazing! This was our favourite stay in south east Asia so far 🥰 highly recommended.

The room I stayed in had unique character and the styling is tasteful, very comfortable too. The staff are attentive, genuine and friendly, they helped me find my way around, organised some things. The breakfast was delicious, I had an omelette, nice coffee and fruit salad. I’ll be going back, for sure.

Тихе місце. Дуже гарний і привітний персонал, що надавав будь-яку допомогу. Чисто і зручно. Велика кімната з багатьма вікнами і високою стелею, багато світильників. Зручне велике ліжко. Хороша зона відпочинку біля чистого освіжаючого басейну. Гарний, доглянутий готель.

На жаль, злив в душі був дуже повільним, вода швидко доходила до краю і так і не відремонтували за 5 днів перебування. Диван мав несвіжий вигляд, тож ми мусили його накрити пледом.

Très belle adresse. Super petit déjeuner. Belle chambre.

Wunderschönes, familiäres Hotel mit hervorragendem Service. Baan Pila ist ein sehr gemütliches und familiäres Hotel, in dem man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Die Atmosphäre ist warm, ruhig und sehr persönlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück: frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und von sehr hoher Qualität. Auch der Service war außergewöhnlich gut – aufmerksam, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt. Wir können Baan Pila uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Modernes komfortables Zimmer mit sehr gutem Bett. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Wat een fijne accommodatie om een aantal dagen te verblijven en Luang Prabang te ontdekken. Gelegen in een rustige straat, maar op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum. Het personeel is fantastisch, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

L’hôtel est calme , très bien situé . Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût . Le petit déjeuner est excellent et on peut tester les mets laotiens ou rester classiques . Le personnel est aux petits soins . Mme Phout a réservé pour nous le train . C’est très pratique . Un hôtel parfait pour découvrir Luang prabang

The location was quiet and tucked away. The design is beautiful bright and cheerful. Beautiful gardens too. Rooms are massive and inspiring. The manager is one of the best i have ever encountered and her staff reflect her goodness.
