Baan Pila

We couldn't fault anything This is the most beautiful place and all the staff are absolutely incredible. We were welcomed with a warmth smile. It's a super, calm , kind environment. The aromatherapy cleansing products were heavenly and we purchased some on our departure. When we checked in we asked if we could extend our booking from 2 to 3 nights but unfortunately it wasn't possible but we were offered accommodation in their other (new) hotel. We have been here 4 hours and it hasn't been a great experience. Such a shame as Baan pila was a truly wonderful place.

Absolutely nothing i could fault , if I were to be ultra critical I would say the beds are on the hard side.

El mejor hotel en el que me he quedado en mi viaje del Sudeste de Asia. Desde que llegué se sintió más como un espacio acogedor que como cualquier hotel. Todo el personal fue extremadamente amable todo el tiempo, y siempre felices de ayudar con cualquier cosa. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, se sentía preparado al momento y con cariño. Mi habitación era enorme y con muchas amenidades para estar a gusto. En verdad todo fue excelente.

Emplacement idéal à 2 pas du centre dans une impasse au calme. Chambre magnifique d’une propreté irréprochable. Personnels adorables, aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner délicieux le meilleur de ce mois passé au Laos. Vélos mis à disposition. Lors d’un séjour à Luang Prabang je conseille vivement cet établissement.

Le personnel très gentil et serviable, qui nous a beaucoup aidés pour l'organisation des transports. Les vélos mis gratuitement à disposition. La chambre très propre, joliment décorée et pleine de petites attentions. Le bon petit déjeuner. La coupe de Prosecco offerte pour le réveillon du jour de l'an.

Przewyższa oczekiwania.Personel indywidualnie kierunkuje się na klienta,zapamiętuje imiona ,zna upodobania smakowe śniadania. Nie jest to wszędzie dostępne,raczej to unikat ,bezcenny i oczekiwany. Jeśli chcesz być utulony to hotel jest dla Ciebie.

とてもおしゃれで素敵な宿泊施設でした。非常に賑やかな場所から一本中に入った通りにあり、静かでよい環境でした。お部屋はとても広く、天井が高く、各部屋テーマカラーで統一されているようで素敵でした。シャワー等の設備も申し分なく、ルームサービスもいつも綺麗に整えてくれていました。また、シェフが作っているという朝食が秀逸で、自家製だというヨーグルトやグラノーラ、ラオスの伝統的な料理などとても美味しくて、毎朝お腹がいっぱいになりました。スタッフの方々もとても親切にいろいろ教えてくれました。Baan Pilaに泊まって心から良かったと思います。

ただ一点だけ残念だと思ったのは、天井が高いので音が響きやすいのか、隣室や上の部屋の音が通常のホテルより気になりました。

Beautifully decorated rooms, great location and the manager Phout was fantastic, she helped us out with everything!

Nearby residents made a lot of noise on 1st night of our stay and the laundry service was poor.
