Na wielkie wyróżnienie zasługuje także **Tatony** – pracownica o niezwykłej uważności i naturalnej życzliwości. Zawsze gotowa pomóc, wykorzystuje każdą okazję, aby uczyć się angielskiego. Jest bardzo mądra, pracowita i szybko się uczy – prawdziwy talent i ogromna wartość dla hotelu. To ludzie tworzą to miejsce. Dzięki nim pobyt w Hotelu Bean Pila staje się wyjątkowym doświadczeniem, do którego chce się wracać. Gorąco polecam!

Phout, the manager was an absolute delight. She helped us make our stay comfortable and was a great source of things to do in the area. She ven took us out to a traditional Lao BBQ dinner which was a great experience. The property itself is full of wonderful, cultural Lao touches and to each room. Very comfortable stay and slept like a baby.

The location was very close to the center, the rooms were well arranged with many details. The shower was a bit small, but otherwise the bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast a la carte was perfect and we could even order more if we felt hungry. The breakfast area is nice, spatious and child friendly. The lady working in the mornings Tanoy, was the sweetest and nicest person. You can also rent bikes and Tanoy helped us to organize transport to the waterfalls.

Nothing to add

This is one of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. It was tastefully decorated throughout, with lots of thoughtful touches and they had thought about responsible tourism at every opportunity. Breakfast was exceptional, especially the fresh fruit plates.

The swimming pool area could be better but we didn’t end up having time to use it anyway.

Das Baan Pila und vor allem das ganze Team haben mehr als 10 Punkte verdient! Wir hatten eine super Zeit, das Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben die große Terrasse häufig genutzt, um dort zu frühstücken oder abends noch den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich, die selbstgemachte Marmelade hat uns besonders gut geschmeckt! Ganz besonderen Dank verdienen Phout und ihr Team! Wir hatten durch die Ausläufer des Taifuns Wipha Schwierigkeiten, aus Luang Prabang abzureisen, Phout hat uns dabei sehr geholfen und war immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Altstadt ist fußläufig sehr schnell erreichbar. Somit ist die Unterkunft der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der schönen Stadt zu entdecken!

The staff were our stars during our stay. The level of service we received exceeded our expectations. They were friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating. My wife was unwell (nothing serious) for a few days and they were attentive to her needs. Good choices for breakfast Very quiet part of town and easily walkable to restaurants, shops, market, etc

The shower could do with full enclosure to stop water splashing all over the bathroom floor
