Castle beach hotel

The only good thing to say about this hotel is the location. There were no towels, no toilet paper, no coffee, no tea, no water or working electricity sockets beside the bed in my original room. The rooms – especially the bathrooms – are dirty and the staff is unprofessional beyond imagination. To top things off, they kept asking and contacting me for a 10/10 rating! This review reflects my real experience. There are plenty of hotels in Aqaba, pick any but this if you care about professional service.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Abdulaziz during my stay at the hotel, and I couldn't have asked for better service. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel right at home. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, providing helpful recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Abdulaziz is an asset to the team, and his kindness and exceptional service made a significant positive impact on my experience. I truly appreciate his assistance and would highly recommend the hotel to others thanks to his outstanding hospitality.

TV receiver not exist. Water leak took them 2 days to fix There are about 6 steps to reach elevator making it difficult for wheelchair person

It’s was a great choice, excellent staff especially Ahmad was very helpful for our stay,For its price it’s worth it ,The view was great. I will recommend trying it
