Castle beach hotel

it was clean and nice. bed was comfy, staff really nice. they also provided parking. very nice sea view

the couch wasnt really comfy

The view from balcony, the large room, the well equipped bathroom and the position.

One of the pillow case was stinking, we had to remove. The TV was not working and was not fixed before our departure

Persistent Fish Smell: Due to the hotel's connection to a fish restaurant, our room had an ongoing fish smell, which may be unpleasant for those sensitive to such odors. 3. Noisy Maintenance Activities: Our room faced the noisier side with ongoing maintenance activities, impacting the overall tranquility and making it less suitable for those seeking a quiet retreat. 4. Inconsistent Hot Water: Hot water availability was inconsistent, posing challenges for a comfortable stay despite attempts to address the issue. 5. Non-Functional Fridge: The fridge in the room was non-functional, and locating the socket connection proved challenging, affecting the practicality of the room amenities. 6. Neglected Room Cleaning: Room cleaning was neglected for two days, falling short of the expected standard of cleanliness during our stay.

I feel sad about hotel services not clean no cleaning staff not like I booked there's no balcony and a lot of noise outside from close rooms and from street . I turned to the reception with orders , they simply have no way to help, say sorry or postpone it for later. I prefer don't get there when you booking.
