Urban City Center Apartment

We loved everything about this apartment, parking was out front, walking to the old town and markets was only 6 minutes. Two large bedrooms washing machine fully equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful with the instructions getting to the property and how to access into the property. .

No negatives .

Very good attention to detail; the apartment was clean and comfortable; it was renovated recently with outstanding labor/workmanship; the kitchen is cozy, efficient and well provided with utensils. The position was excellent, close to the old city, both tourist attractions and restaurants/shops were just a short walk away. Communication with the owner has been excellent.

A (minor) dislike is the shower bottom, which is not high enough to always retain shower water, that then may run over onto the bathroom floor.

Perfect location if you would like to explore old town of Split. Extremely clean and spacious for such a small apartment. We liked it a lot and if we come to Split again, this will be the place I will be looking for.

We liked everything.

Lovely place. Everything is tidy, well equipped and it looks very charming. There is a big TV in the bedroom, which is super nice & also a smaller one in the living room. Enough space for working and well located. Also Tomislav was at our disposal if we would‘ve needed anything. So nothing to complain. :)

We checked in before 2 hours of actual check in time and the host Tomislav is really okay with it. He is waiting for us at the door to give the acccess codes. He shown us the apartment and thats where the actual Beauty is. That’s the more cheapest and beautiful stay we have ever had. The apartment is a real palace. Very neat clean with all aminities provided. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms which were very spacious and a perfect place to party too . Even there was some beer and orange juice inside the fridge😉. Perfect stay for four people. Our hearts felt heavy to leave it.
