HOTEL ROYAL HAMEED

Hotel was changed in the last moment without prior intimation. It was chilling cold and room heaters was not provided. No hot water in the tap and have to live with ice cold water even to wash face. No hot water was provided either with bucket. Stay was nightmare not to be remembered.

Water not clean, arrange different rooms, room heater not available

The Location of the Hotel was perfect and the staff were cooperative. The room was also good with adequate space

However there was constant electricity issue at the hotel

Didn't eat breakfast here, so no comments. Location was difficult to find.

Bathroom weren't clean. No soap or shampoo provided. No Room Heater provided. Even I agreed to pay additional amount for the room heater, but they didn't give any. No Hot water provided in the bathroom. No drinking water provided in the room. Room was provided with an electric blanket but there was no power. Later on, power came and went again. We were too cold inside the room that we have to check out after 2 hours of stay and shifted to another good hotel.

Cleanliness and comfortable beds. If you’re looking for affordable property near dal lake you can check this one out. Staff behaviour was amazing. Room size was also good. Electricity was a issue here in Srinagar thats the only point otherwise its a great budget property.
