Good Location, Wonderful Hospitality, comfortable rooms. We even extended our stay and they gave us competitive prices which we could not turn down.

Hot water kettle was not there, should be provided how cold the place is, There is a regular power outage from 9 a.m, although there was power back up but that did did not support phone charging.

Rude and unhygienic staff. Poorly maintained property. Food was simply pathetic

Please dont spoli your experience bybstying in this hotel. Worst property in entire kashmir. Toilet seat had leakage issue. Geaser was not working. Even bath towel was not clean.

Nobody come for cleaning during 2 days. Nobody change bed sheet in two days. Electric problem is here.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were welcoming

The restaurant was not nice but other eating places are within walking distance. The wifi was not great but you can find people selling sims. The bathroom was not the cleanest.

The interior of the property was great and a new outlook.

The room only having two fans was humid at times as it was a closed room. Also, in between the electricity went out and that was upsetting as well. The food they served did not seem fresh or clean.

Please don't book this property. They don't have power backup and the owner is really rude. The location is literal slum. They don't even have clean water. Rooms are really small not at all like the picture and it's a scam for the amount one pays
