Finishing touches in the bathroom looks cheap

Dirty from the door handles to the shower,non responsive host,no access card,dodgy looking and loud people roaming the lobby n streets,non working lights,broken furniture,No WiFi n therefore not working television,had such an unpleasant stay,did I mention how stuffy n mouldy it is,

Everything was in place and tidy.

The sliding door of the cupboard where I had to hang my clothes wasn't working and I had to slightly force it open. There was wires hanging from the roof, the lights of the bedroom didn't work. The towels in the bathroom was folded but was still damp on the heated rail where it was hanging. I didn't have a great rest due to the noises and the bed wasn't comfortable. The noise in the hallway was really bad and the smell of smoke from the the foyer to the the hallway was awful.

Nothing

The apartment was still dirty from the previous guest after check-in at 5pm, I had to sit inside a room filthy with Mould and dirty. Internet was worst and the owner did not open the door in time when you press the code by the door which meant that you are exposed to outside danger. Owner communication was terrible, took hours to response or didn't respond at all. Worst stay of my life - would not recommend this place to anyone.
