I didn't like the fact that we didn't have the entrance tag we have wait for someone to get inside so that we can be able to go to our room first day we come at 24:00 and we stayed outside we were so scared that's pissed me the whole 3 days struggle to enter and there's no response at all from the owner I keeped begging for key and room is beautiful but it need deep cleaning it's not need windows

Poor WiFi Struggled to check in bad Oder Hanging electrical wire No hand soap No security SHOWER WATER IS COLD The host does not respond to messages or calls Was not provided a tag to be able to access the premises anytime I exit it , you have to to wait for someone to leave the premises for you to be able to have access in , at one point I had to wait almost 40 minutes waiting just for anyone to exit the premises. I met one of the cleaner at the building to inquire about the tag issue she had an attitude and was on her phone the whole time I was communicating with her I would not recommend this place to anyone

Location

The key did not have a tag to access the building. The staff did not assist with this despite being aware of the situation. We could not go out for the night as we couldn't get back in the building. The intercom did not work and no feedback was given as to when the issue would be resolved. The door to the balcony did not open as well, and there was mould by it.

Amazing location the apartment was clean and cozy, but unfortunately I couldn't get hold of the tag to access the front entrance which was disappointing I literally had to wait for people inside to open for me everytime .But regardless everything was well organized I love the place highly recommend.

We had no access tag into the apartment. Stayed almost 2 hours outside waiting to go in on a couple of occasions

I loved all the storage space, the bed and fully fitted kitchen.

I had no balcony access(which was the reason for choosing this apartment) nor did i have a tag to enter the building-which meant, that I couldnt really leave without bothering my neighbours to open the door for me. Cobtacted the host via booking.com and have yet to receive a reply or apology. I will not be staying again nor recommending.

Wifi speed was not very bad. The interior design is moden....

First of all, it's difficult to find the place. Horrible communication with the facilitator/host. Whatsapps never answered. Details sent on confirmation are not accurate, no tag for the glass door, keys are not as described, curtains are dirty, incl the rusty rails. I waited 4 full hrs before I could check in. Apparently, the cleaner was still busy, but there was hair everywhere when I got in. There's no aircon, yes, but the fan was so dirty that my sinuses flared at the same time. I struggled to get into the main building entrance, dialed 14 until my fingers hurt. t's not safe at all.
