Unresponsive access code at the sliding door Unsafe (not barricaded) and abandoned balcony Freezer cupboard broken. Cannot open the freezer. Freezer door connected to cupboard Bed is solid Portable fan has lint on the grill No complementary hand soap Used laundry left in the bathroom basket TV mounted on bedside. Can't watch from a couch A man screamed frantically in the corridor around 19:00 as if he was being chased. Support number does not get picked up. Voicemail. Only app chat works with delays. Can be very unsafe outside the sliding doors while struggling to get access

"Worse expierence ever! Terrifying"

Nothing at all - worse expierence ever. Terifying and all people should be warned. This property and the host is a disgrace to Booking.com, should be eliminated and I want a full refund for this booking that my daughter and myself coulnt get any access to in an extremely dangerous street with many drug users and other elements. Never in my life been afraid and negatively affected as with this booking

Each and everything as from the start with this booking. Host didnt even answered for 2 days if we could book in an hour earlier and from there just downhill - waited more that 3 hours in dangerous area coulnt get acces from 15h00 - 18h15 untill we left because it was getting dark with many criminal elements on the street - 2 security guards from other buildings came to help us. Coulnt take any luggage or cellphones out of the vehicle, high risk and no safe parking.

The furnishing in this apartment is modern, stylish & at the heart of The Mother City.

Overall building & surroundings Checkin process was terrible The host was inconsiderate Room wasnt ready in time: had to wait an hour outside while the cleaner cleaned the room. GPS wasnt 100% accurate

The balcony doesn’t open for fresh air and the side where the bed is, it’s close to the shower and the is the damp smell.

There was no TV by the lounge area as shown in the picture and the space was smaller then expected
