Well equipped and located

Check in was tricky

The apartment was clean, and had all the required facilities for a quick stay.

When booking the apartment, it stated that their is a balcony, which the apartment doesn't have. Also, one fan in the apartment in summer, is not enough. There are also a bit of people roaming the streets outside which is a bit scary.

I had no breakfast, I did not check in. I couldn't find the location in Town.

Check in process, we were walking around town asking about the location and we eventually left without staying. Subsequently I was charged R950 for a stay that did not happen.

That whole place needs a deep clean & maintenance, the sliding door needs to be opened for a couple of days to allow ventilation, the place is stuffy & there is no ventilation. The sliding door key was not even provided, the cleaner does the bare minimum with the cleaning, I could literally still smell the previous person’s cologne on the bed sheets, most things are broken(the bathroom tap, headboard, to name a few). You are only provided with minimum hot water, I was in the shower just over 3 minutes when the water went cold & I was the only person booked, so I can’t even imagine the situation in winter & when there is more than 1 person. Greatly disappointed, I’m glad I only booked for 1 night.
