"It was okay"

There wasn’t any staff . It was a self check in . I’m not a people’s person so I really enjoyed not having to talk to anyone

The shower wasn’t that clean . There was broken pieces of f furniture .

"Bad experience at Hyde Park Apartment"

The kitchen was well equipped

The bathroom tap was broken. The shower had a smell. Leftover bread from previous couple was laying in the draw in the kitchen and the cleaner " supposedly cleaned " Windows was completely dusty and dirty Cupboard door wasn't operational, with a 40" TV in the cupboard. There was no proper dry cloth for dishes No hand towel for hands, had to use our bath sheet. 4 remotes for 1 TV and DSTV was not operational. Passage looked suspicious.

On my arrival I tried to open the door... with no luck I was in front of that door for more than 20minutes. if wasn't for the lady who was coming as a guest already has tag she opened door. This was a very bad experience for me and will not go back there again. The TV was out of order... a written notice next to it. Why are the property bookings accepted knowingly that their house is not in order.

"It was pleasant stay"

I like the design and layout it so beautiful just like the picture

However there is no air con, the oven was duty and some empty bottles from previous guests, side lamp table on the left is broken, after 15 min in the shower the water get cold, Wi-Fi connection problems, down light in the bedroom not working
