The beautiful fairytale garden and the very helpful und super friendly staff! Thank you so much!

I honestly felt that it was a little too pricey for the standard that you get in the end. The rooms & the pool needed a little bit of maintenance and love. For 55€/night you can get really nice accommodations in and around ubud. So for this price I had higher expectations. But other than that, we had a nice stay at this place.

The best thing about Nayaka is their staff, super friendly and they will try everything to make your stay up to mark.

Location is very far from Ubud center, very few restaurants near the location. The hotel must upgrade the sanitary fixtures. And should focus on to provide little more toiletries and new towels. Many towels we received from housekeeping was torn off.

We didn't like anything at the hotel at all. The bed was comfortable but nothing else sadly. I usually dont give reviews but really felt like giving this one.

We were very disappointed - the pictures looked great but in reality it was nothing like it. The bathroom smelled very bad. Everything was clean but the smell very bothered us. We booked 2 nights and paid for them but left after our first night because I felt like there was bacteria all over my room from the bathroom. It was probably only the room we stayed in this smell, but I dont know.

Amazing view for the rice terraces, the swimming pool (accessible from villa) was great, the location was very close to Ubud city. There was also a parking space available.

Very unfriendly boss.We had to pay for a horrible,horrible matrass 300.000,-per Night extra.After one Night we asked for another but we get another (less)horrible matrass back.We Said at the end that it’s not fair but the ‘boss’ didn’t showen any affection and we had to pay. Also it was obvious that staff was a bit afraid for their boss.We are not going back!

The room and garden surroundings were really tranquil and aesthetically pleasing. A sense of location was present

It was difficult to get a taxi into Ubud. Had to get bikes - not super safe. There were limited shopping amenities to offset the need to go to Ubud or have access to a car. I can’t walk 2-3 Km at moment due to knee and hip injury
