Perfect for a nights stay in Norfolk!

We are returning client and we are very happy that our suggestions from our first stay have been addressed. We even received a complementary chocolate which we really enjoy and we felt as being treasured clients. The placed is always clean and filled up when essential food for breakfast, biscuits, water and nice coffee machine. This place is worth keeping in our list to stay again in the future.

Just the noise of the fridge and exhaust fan. Although , this is expected and only my husband has the issue as he is sensitive to the smallest noise. There is no easy access road without going through the narrow countryside track. It is more difficult during the winter time as it will be dark.

The room was lovely and modern, very clean and all the facility's were excellent, with a great range of food and drink for breakfast

Lovely little room, stocked with milk, cereals, bread, tea and coffee as well as some pastries and snacks. They thoughtfully put up blackout blinds for us to keep the heat out which was brilliant as we didn't check in until midnight after a wedding.

All tastes catered for, very satisfying.

The bed too firm.

The annex was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great facilities. Bed was really comfy and shower powerful. Lovely choice of breakfast items and drinks. Pretty outside courtyard area . Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.
