Really clean and had everything you would need

It was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need. Elaine had thought of everything. Bijou but spacious. Lovely little courtyard, would be great in the summer.

The breakfast was all provided in the room and was very plentiful and varied. Everything we needed was there and all was spotlessly clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable so sleep was very poor , slow shower

Clean, good location, parking and breakfast and tea facilities

The shower was not straightforward to use. If you’re not used to an electric shower, instructions would be useful. Neither of us could work out how to get a steady temperature, either boiling hot or freezing cold, so we gave up. There was a very noisy shutter on the toilet fan in the windy conditions which stopped us sleeping at times. This could have a backdraught shutter fitted. I felt the mattress was very spongy and might not suit a lot of people, particularly with bad backs.

We had a fantastic stay. A lovely comfortable room, spotless with great facilities and lots of little touches to make our stay special. First class communication with the owner prior to arrival and further contact information included in the welcome pack. We would definitely recommend and will be staying again, hopefully for longer next time.
