Great location 10’ outside centre Funchal. Parking available. Very small 5 rooms. Quiet. Bus stop 2min walk from hotel. Nice terrace with amazing view on the port / sea. Restaurants in the neighborhood (but very very steep uphill walk). You can use kitchen for making tea or coffee- use fridge. Relax sofa with sea view and sunshine was fantastic.

Breakfast was OK - basic. Beautiful room and comfortable bed but very dark, small window with view on dark shadow side garden. Bathroom not renovated- basic but clean.

Mobilier vechi, apa la dus are presiune scazuta si cu o temperatura medie, saltelele paturilor lasa de dorit, cafeaua de calitate slaba, CAMERA 5 este umeda, lipsita de soare si cu vedere la un zid.

The house was lovely with amazing views over Funchal. The breakfast was delicious with everything that you could want. Pedro was charming and helpful. The housekeeping was also excellent and the place was spotless.Our bedroom overlooked the garden and sea. It was easy to get into Funchal using an uber.

We did find the driving difficult and the hill you have to drive up outside the property quite scary. So if you’re a nervous driver I would recommend using taxis. One thing to mention is that the mattress on the bed was not the most comfortable and could maybe use an upgrade.

Nieskazitelna czystość; położenie super - zdala od centrum wiec bardzo spokojne; piękny ogród. Bardzo ładna przestrzeń w ktorej bardzo miło spędza się czas.

Kuchnia wspólna wymaga odświeżenia, poza tym nie mam uwag.

Jolie résidence au calme, entourée d’un jardin, avec vue sur l’océan et la baie de Funchal. Un bonheur pour savourer les couchers de soleil ! Nettoyage de chambre impeccable. Literie confortable. Petits déjeuners complets, quoique répétitifs, avec jus et fruits frais. À défaut de contact, les explications via WhatsApp étaient parfaitement efficaces. Possibilité de parking sans souci, ce qui repose des difficultés rencontrées en journée.

Trop loin de Funchal pour y aller à pied et en ville, le parking est compliqué même en basse saison. Prévoir une voiture de location de petite taille mais qui a des reprises, vu les dénivelés ! Éviter la chambre 5, la seule je pense qui donne sur l’arrière : il y fait noir même en plein midi!. Si les salles de bains devaient être renouvelées, remplacer les baignoires par des douches serait un plus.
