great place, good location. love the video to find the place. more places should do this :D. wifi was a bit hit and miss, could have been due to weather. club house is good, dont play bingo as its only for oweners as i found out as i won but couldent claim. but very up to date.

hill was a bit steep, it give my clutch a good work out lol

Perfect stay, everything was just right for us. Lots of homely touches. Having towels and linen and beds made up on arrival a bonus. Great shower. Cosy warm accommodation. No negatives just a relaxing break in a comfortable caravan. Well done to owners 😊

The caravan was lovely, very comfortable, clean and warm. Everything worked and there are a good selection of necessities/ utensils ect. Hastings is also a wonderful location with lots to do. Communication was good with host.

Only issues we had were with the park itself. Some niggling things regarding barriers and maintenance work but host was very quick to respond and it didn't effect our pleasant stay.

Nice and warm with central heating for very cold stay in January. Host sent a video to find the caravan on the site which was very useful. Liked the decking and patio doors which must be lovely in the summer.

The site itself is very steep so we did not explore. The double bed mattress is very soft and springy so not for us.

Great location and very comfortable, spacious holiday home. Super value. Would highly recommend.

One minor complaint would be that the holiday home got quite damp with humidity, due to weather and location in the woods. Perhaps a dehumidifier for guests to use in those conditions would be a useful addition.

Good layout caravan, plenty of room. Park is in a great location.

Lots of areas were dirty - inside door of fridge mouldy coffee table not wiped, clothes left in washing machine, bin bag of rubbish left under sink when we arrived. Gas ran out 2nd night. Contact said would order one from park management. Took till 4pm next day to be replaced. Contact insisted he had checked them himself, suggested they might have been stolen after the check. Made little attempt to get it sorted ("it's out of my hands") and did not check back we had received a replacement. It was really disappointing as we have been twice before to this park and had really excellent provision. None for holidays, to deal with close family bereavement.
