Just amazing stay and my wife and I extended 1 more night just so we could see our daughter attending High Point university for one more day. The owner contacted us several times to see if we needed anything. Wanted to go over anything or just a check in with us. It was just wonderful. My wife and I have always stayed at hotels for 20+ years and I think this experience has taught us that we need to look into more deals like this. I know that I will be contacting the owner for future stays at High Point, North Carolina

Immaculately clean. Fairly good location to get around. All kitchen utensils provided for a truly comfortable stay. Fresh clean linens. Fresh smelling throughout.

TV Noise from next door unit heard thru bedroom wall. Not within owner’s control, but be aware. Ice maker on fridge locked. No dish towels. Just too high tech. Too much gadgetry; fine for young people, annoying for me, over 70. Couldn’t get LR tv to work, but that most likely operator error. Floor is a nightmare for slip and fall and serious injury to older visitors. All kinds of posted warnings about glass doors in bthrm, but no grab bars for safety for older travelers. Silly, but personally didn’t care for dominant depressing gray color scheme throughout.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this property twice now, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. I don’t usually write reviews but I have to shout out this property and its owners. Here are the highlights: Immaculate Cleanliness: The property was exceptionally clean. From the floors to the linens, everything sparkled. Modern Amenities: The appliances and fixtures were top-notch and up-to-date. It’s clear that the owners take pride in maintaining their property. Safe Neighborhood: I felt completely at ease during my stay. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Convenient Parking: Finding a parking spot was a breeze. There was ample parking available, which is always a relief. Seamless Check-In: The check-in process was flawless. Clear instructions made it easy for me to settle in without any hiccups. Luxurious Shower: The rain head showerhead was a delightful surprise. It felt like a mini spa experience! Well-Equipped: The property had all the essentials—silverware, plates, and cooking utensils. I appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend this property. It’s a gem, and I’d happily stay here again.

Don is a great host who checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The property itself is 1st class, cozy and quiet.
