Great place, very well kept and updated.

The condo itself was very nice and came with plenty of hygiene materials if you forgot anything. Also plenty of things to cook with if you decided to cook. Very clean and Don was very helpful and truly cares about providing his customers with the best possible experience. Will definitely consider booking through him again

It was absolutely gorgeous filled with beautiful furnishings and comfort and convenience as well as lots of technology. We found the address and looked at it from the outside before we rented and once we checked in, we couldn’t believe what the inside was like. This is definitely a pearl in the oyster. A wonderful surprise!! Absolutely loved the owner!Very accommodating and gave us recommendations for restaurants! Loved the blue/purple floor!!!

Some of the technology was beyond my comprehension…for lights/fans/ alarms….lol

The condo was excellent as soon as you walk in it smells wonderful.

I did not see a toaster but I could have overlooked it . Yet this property is great. There is nothing to complain about really. Don takes great care and pride in his place and the kitchen is fully stocked.

From the outside this property looks very normal, bordering on average. However, do not be fooled. Inside it is absolutely wonderful. Modern, well equipped, with a very up market hotel like feel. The floor is a very cool resin, the bathroom very nice, the beds were very big and comfy. The lounge has electric reclining sofa underneath a large TV. The kitchen well equipped. The perfect chill out pad for my son and I when we visited the nearby High Point Uni. There were even snacks left for us and lots of coffee pods for the machine. Genuinely, if you look at the outside and judge this property you will be missing out. It will be my first choice for when I come back and see my son at Uni. Perfect.

Great location. Very comfortable, clean, cozy place. The owner take great care in the unit and customers. Wish I had known about this place years ago. Will be back soon.

Continue to love this spot. So well maintained and always adding new touches. Kitchen makes for easy clean up. Everything you need in the kitchen to make a gourmet meal. So true that I don't order out I order from Harris Teeter, a local grocery store, and cook. Harris Teeter allows for online ordering so it is quite easy. Bathroom is always amazing and the laundry is great too. Grilling is also always an option.
