The hotel room was good

the staff were not communicating about the discussion of what we had during our Booking time with the owner. Pathetic and worst experience in my life time with this staff behaviour. Created a big problem at midnight, persons who accommodate with family better don't visit.

"Management is very rude especially Ruby Anni they bluff you about facilities after reaching everything is different"
