Nothing is there to specify.very bad experience sorry to say.

Not clean,waste money and spoiled holiday mood No entertainment by Television,no hot water, no proper privacy (curtains very transparent),No proper waste disposal Night time very noisy didn't sleep properly. Totally worst experience.. Not recommend anyone . Not worthy 😔

They are charging more after while checkout. Saying we used few packets of milk powder which we didn't. They had a bad argument

It was breakfast packed in plastic covers . Poor quality of food and hygiene

Worst hotel stay . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting velankanni. This villa was unnecessary overpriced and has only one working toilet for a big family . The WiFi is not working properly . The rooms are small and very dirty. There was even rat feaces on the bed rails .

The property is not in the middle of the mess at Velamkanni. So it was peaceful! Rates are very reasonable. Rooms were neat

Since it's a new property work is still going on. Parking was at public space. Even coffee powder and sugar was charged. Only 1 bottle of 1ltr bottle given for 4 people.
