Coppice Farm House

Absolutely loved this place!! Lovely rooms, great bathrooms, wonderful kitchen. The beds were really comfortable, the flat has everything you need and is done up to a very high standard. The hosts are lovely and easy to communicate with. Very clear instructions on how to get into the property, in the flat there is a folder with useful information about the property (Wifi, instruction manuals, etc.). We truly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely book again

Not enough outdoor seating area especially when they insist no smoking inside. Mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Absolutely loved our stay at Coppice Farm House, cleanliness was 💯, the welcome pack was absolutely fabulous Milk in the fridge Tea, Coffee, sugar all provided on arrival plus biscuits. Washing up liquid, laundry tablets, kitchen roll to name a few small details thought of so you could literally begin your stay without worrying about finding a shop to pick up those bits Asda was close by anyway & a small local shop at the end of the road so if these weren't present it was easy enough to pick up. Decor & amenities are all amazing we couldn't have asked for better! The location was great 15 mins stroll into Harrogate through lovely green tree lined area with bars & restraunts on the way absolutely ideal we will be returning 😀 Thank you so much.

The only downside was the heat on a night, but this has nothing at all to do with the property we picked the hottest bank holiday weekend to visit absolutely glorious weather just not great to sleep in although the property did provide a fan so one suggestion could be add another fan for the main bedroom (the kids trumped us for the one provided 😂) But overall nothing I can say bad about the property at all I'd highly recommend a stay here!

This house was really well equipped with everything needed for a really comfortable stay. It was also really newly renovated to a really high quality. The shower was great with lots of power and heat, and towels were fluffy and clean. Beds were comfortable, as was the sofabed that we also used. The hosts were also super helpful, both during our stay, but also after when we had left something important behind. The parking was close to the door and off-road.

The stairs up to the accomodation were very steep which made it a bit difficult with bags etc. not something that can be helped, but worth calling out for future visitors. It would also be worth popping some check out instructions in the instructions book as we weren't sure what we were supposed to do - do we or don't we strip the beds, do we put the bin out and where? Would just make it clearer for guests.

A short walk from the town of Harrogate and close to other shops. The beds were comfortable and other amenities excellent

The bathroom window in the main bedroom- perhaps would benefit from a blind as I was very self conscious when showering

The cleanest of the apartment was superb. Good communication with host.. Good location, 15/20 minutes walk into Harrogate, on a good bus route, good parting facilities. Excellent kitchen facilities with lovely views Beautiful bathrooms with walkin showers. Maybe not suitable if you have mobility issues due to 3 internal steps and apartment on first floor. If I was returning to Harrogate I would book it again and happy to recommend it.

Everything you could need, great main bedroom and en-suite, very good 2nd bedroom & separate bathroom, all spacious, well equipped, “a little bit of luxury “

We didn’t need to think about anything, everything was available, good for staying / eating at home but well positioned for all restaurants and facilities

The location was perfect, I like the fact that there is a car parking place at the property. There is a grass & wooded area a short walk down the road perfect for dogs.

Clean and welcoming . Everything we needed.
