"bell'appartamento, posizione perfetta"

La posizione è ottima, con una bella vista, il palazzo anni 60', un po' trascurato l'appartamento molto funzionale e comodo, solo un po' impolverato. c'è un parcheggio vicino, quindi molto comodo anche parcheggiare.

abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine, ma abbiamo dovuto spolverare la mensola dietro il letto perché era impolverata e siamo allergiche alla polvere

"Nach kleinen selbständigen "Reparaturen" (Abflüsse) perfekt."

Super Lage, öffentlicher Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig) und Altstadt/Zentrum sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Balkon.

Schlimmer Gestank aus Abfluss von Dusche und Bidet, WC-Bürste verdreckt/ sieht schmutzig aus. Problem des stinkenden Abflusses selber mit einem nassen Handtuch über Duschabfluss gelöst, ebenso mit feuchten WC-Papier den Geruch aus Bidet-Abfluss. Danach konnte man sich in der Wohnung richtig wohlfühlen, war perfekt. Regelmäßiger Austausch der WC-Bürste sollte eigentlich im Preis inbegriffen sein ...
