Room was clean. Service was exceptionally well. 10/10 would recommend it.

The hotel was great value for money. The staff were amazing, polite, helpful and attentive all the time. The room was a good size. We had breakfast which was decent and the location was also good.

The bathroom needs to be updated a little. The toilet seat is too high from the floor even for me at height of 5"10. Didn't have hot water one morning. The breakfast can have more options. The tv remote was filthy but the room in general was clean.

The hotel has zero sound proofing and at night they do construction works so it basically disturb you very much. I asked to give me a different room at 1 am but the receptionist was rude and mean and sent me to my room saying there is zero noise from their side. I couldn’t sleep till the morning at at 7 am they start to install the set up for IELTS testing - they dedicated the whole floor to the test and rent out it for IELTS organization. This also felt unsafe. Apart from that, the towels were dirty and almost grey, and they have pigeons at the floor so it disturbs you at the morning and sometimes pigeons trapped into a ventilation system in the bathroom - that was disgusting and unhygienic. I was unlucky to stay there 3 times during my 2 weeks in India and could say it’s the worst hotel I have ever had. But they try to look like “boutique” experience. Btw some guys from the hotel team were nice and helpful.
