Udman Hotel Panchshila Park

The room was spacious, mostly clean, and had natural light. All these positive sides were completely off-set by a horrible management who harassed me and made me feel unsafe throughout my stay.

This hotel is run by the most unprofessional people who harassed me during my stay. I stayed for 4 nights; in the morning of the third day, the receptionist called me and instructed me to move to a different room. When I told her that I did not want to shift because I had my clothes and other stuff in the room and I was about to go out to attend a meeting, the manager called me and repeatedly asked me to pack and shift. As I again disagreed clearly telling them that they were causing me trouble, the manager came to my room and constantly pressurized me to pack and shift. They even lied to me saying that I had agreed beforehand while clearly there was no prior conversation regarding this. They again lied in different ways and tried to make me shift. I was extremely upset and denied to shift, and left the hotel to attend my meeting. I even tried to contact booking.com to lodge a complaint but the phone number did not work. Fortunately, when I returned later in the night, my bag and clothes were still there in the room, indicating that the manager had given up after all. The hotel food is also super expensive while being absolutely terrible in quality. Once, I ordered sandwich in multi-grain bread -- they took the order on phone and this choice was clearly instructed from the menu -- but they delivered sandwich in white bread. I returned the sandwich and asked them to not charge me for it. However, when I was checking out, they had included the charge in my bill and I had to again argue to get it removed from the bill. The only objective of this hotel seems to be extracting money from the customer by hook or by crook. I travel regularly for my work and have stayed in different types of hotels in several countries across five continents; compared to all my stays, this hotel was the worst experience. I hope that this hotel runs out of business very soon so that people don't have to go through such horrible experiences.

Breakfast was limited in diversity and quality was medium.
