Seaview Retreat by Grandeur Property

Fantastic flat. Beautifully presented, looked just like the pictures, and very comfortable. Location was excellent, across the road from the beach and we loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Southbourne High Street was 10 minutes walk away, with lots of nice places to eat. We had a great week here and would definitely return.

Amazing modern property with stunning views and a clever balcony windows. Even though it was raining we enjoyed the view. Perfect set up with an open plan for family dining and hanging out . The location was just perfect with a short walk to the high street and an open roof bus to local places . Easy walk down to the beach .

Bedrooms had no blackouts curtains so kids woke up very early .

Location is fabulous. The property is beautifully finished, and the bathrooms/showers are excellent. We also really enjoyed the balcony and sea view.

Linen and towels had not been properly cleaned and we found lots of hair from previous occupants. Beds are small and uncomfortable. The front door to the apartment rattles/bangs when it’s windy, even when locked. Not many consumables were provided. Responses to questions were very mixed in quality.

The apartment is gorgeous the view is amazing , exceeded our expectations .

Lovely modern, well equipped apartment, beautiful views, the balcony was amazing.

The second double bedroom is very small, it would benefit from a small chest of drawers in the wardrobe, a plug socket and lamp at the side of the bed. We were 2 couples the main bedroom with ensuite was fabulous.

The wonderful view. The enclosed balcony allowing use whatever the weather.

A small thing, but the main bathroom could do with a towel rail to better accommodate the lovely big towels provided.
