"It was extremely disappointing."

The locations

There was a really bad smell in the kitchen that was covered over with intense sticks and air fresheners throughout the whole apartment. That made it unbearable to stay more than one night. Also the bed was very itchy and uncomfortable.

Fantastic location for exploring Stratford-upon-Avon Clean, modern apartment with one parking space and access from the apartment straight into town

The two sofas are not overly comfortable but the sofa bed in the same room was a bit more comfortable

Excellent location. Warm. Cosy. Quiet. Quaint. Well equipped. Nice to have tea, coffee, milk etc. on arrival. Almost every need had been thought of. Kitchen and living room really nice. Bathroom and bedroom a little less.

Could do with more lighting at back, ground a little uneven. No heating in bathroom. Shower drain blocked. Unable to communicate problems to host through Booking.com, or in any other way.

"Fantastic location; spacious and cosy apartment."

Absolutely fantastic location: a short walk away from the River Avon, 10 minutes away from Shakespeare’s birthplace and lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and takeaways on the doorstep. The apartment itself is cosy and spacious. It has all amenities you need: iron and iron board, tea, coffee, sugar, towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The TV worked perfectly and you could sign in to Disney+, Netflix or use YouTube. The shower was very warm and powerful.

The apartment is fairly big and can get quite cold (we went the end of October) so make sure you make use of the central heating and it soon warms up. The steps up to the apartment (back entrance) are quite steep - they weren’t a problem for us but could be if you had any mobility issues.

Great having a parking space. Central location, so was able to walk everywhere, lots of lovely eateries near by as well. Plenty of space in apartment for two of us, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
