The apartment is bigger than we expected. Very clean. It takes 20mn to drive to Venice. If you park car infront of the building, it is free. If you want to avoid any problem during night time, you pay 5 euro per night to park inside yard. You should contact owner in advance to tell arrival time so he/she can ask helper to open the door.Don't forget there is 4 euro city tax per person that you need to pay by cash when you check in.

Venice is hot and there is only 1 air-conditioner at entrance. No air-conditioner in 3 bedrooms. We need to open all doors at night to catch some cold air from air-conditioner at entrance. If owner could provide each room atleast a fan, it will help alot.

This is a nice property. The kitchen looked newly remodeled. Staff was very nice.

They only had one mini split for the whole apartment which unfortunately in the August heat wasn’t able to cool the apartment.

Very nice, big and clean apartment. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for life. You can live there with a big family.

Clean, nice apartment, close proximity to airport which we were looking for for an overnight stay.

It was really hot. The property has only one Air Conditioner with no fans. At temperature around 36-37 it took hours before it became comfortable.
