Casa Gena

Spacious accommodation with ample room. The property matches the photos perfectly, and the host is exceptionally kind. They provided excellent dining recommendations, arranged a QR code for access to Venice, and were readily available to answer all our questions.

We encountered issues with the bathroom and an unpleasant odor throughout the house. It appears that the shower is malfunctioning, causing the entire house, including the bedrooms, to smell like sewage. Additionally, using the toilet exacerbates the smell from the shower area. Unfortunately, when the shower is used, water spills onto the tiles. Although the owner was aware of these issues, they were not mentioned during check-in. We informed the owner about the odor problem afterward, and they assured us that they are working on a solution. We hope these issues are resolved for future guests so they can enjoy their stay. If the bathroom had been in proper working condition, my rating would certainly have been a 9 or 10.

Large apartment close to airport.

Property only has 1 AC which was not enough to comfortably cool the apartment.

Location was awesome Tram and bus station were near Cleanliness Host was very cooperative

Early check-out

A nice host. Very convenient location. It took us 15 minutes to get to the Old Venice by car. There is also a great supermarket close to the place. The apartment is nice and spacious. We have three kids and it was very convenient to stay at Casa Gena. There is also a parking space close to the house.

Several dishes were a bit dirty. The bath needs some repair: there is water coming out in unexpected directions).

5-7 minute drive from the airport. The host was very friendly and offered great suggestions for where to eat. Quiet location!
