Stadium View Suite

Great location with only a 5min walk to the new stadium and city centre.

Can't fault the property, but the location of a music venue almost across the road that played music late into the night can be annoying.

Really handy location in Central Christchurch. Clean, tidy, well equipped apartment. Good Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry facilities.

Surrounding apartments all had quiet tenants, but there was a live music club next door, which was too noisy, for us, each night of our stay. I would have preferred a firmer mattress. We arrived late at night and would have liked some milk in the fridge, even long-life version, would have been handy. Free parking on street, but often quite a walk from the apartment itself. Otherwise happy with the facilities

Location was great, handy to everything and there was a cool little Pizza place next door ( only open selected evenings ) Clean, tidy, great facilities, warm and cosy.

I think this is a booking filter issue, not the hosts or the property. Selected parking filter, no on site parking, but street parking was easy at night.

Cozy place to stay. 15-18 min walk to city centre. Nice stadium view, dawn & sunset.

Sadly water heater doesn’t work a night before we depart. There are nights/days when you have to compete just to get a free parking space along the roadside.
