Accueil simple rapide efficace! J’ai été surclassée ma chambre n’était pas disponible. Le patio mériterait d’être mieux entretenu, dépoussiérer, balayer le sol jonché de fruits de mûrier ça colle aux chaussures. Poubelle débordante dans la ruelle proche de l’entrée de l’hôtel quel dommage ! Chambre fonctionnelle Bonne literie, douche sans cabine mais c’est comme ça parfois dans les hôtels turcs. Pour 2 nuits c’était confortable, de plus bien situé pour visiter à pieds. Quelques points de propreté extérieure à améliorer, c’est un hôtel mignon qui a du charme. J’ai peu vu le personnel mais répond aux messages assez rapidement.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce logement. Tres bon petit dejeuner. Ma chambre etait derrière au calme. Je ne comprend pas les commentaires négatifs. Le personnel très sympathique
AUFarouk was an excellent host! Accomodating, personable and very helpful. He went out of his way to ensure my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. Location is exvelient! At night it is a popular little bar. I would stay certainly stay again.
Not so much a dislike, but the rooms are being renovated, so a bit of day time noise. Mine was all new … but probably a few finishing touches to go.

Good position of the hotel, very close to the main places to visit in Sanliurfa. The host is friendly. The room could have been cleaned better. The premises also host a bar and one of the nights the music was quite loud. Overall a decent stay, but there is space for improvement.
AULocation is great, beds, pillows and bedding very clean and comfortable, and Cennet gave good service.
Room had no furniture other than the beds and very poor lighting. We also had a problem with the plumbing over our whole stay (5nights) with water leaking thru the floor in the room. We finally were moved to another room when the sewerage came up thru the bathroom drain 😳 the service and facilities were very poor.
