The only good thing about this facility is the location.

Where to start. The room was super super dirty. I saw bugs on my bed and in the bathroom. There was a "hole" if I can call it so on the door and I was freezing. The owner was having his party with his friends downstairs with music. I felt totally unsafe as a female solo traveller and as I arrived night time I couldn't switch to another accommodation. I read the good reviews here and on Google so decided to book this facility, and it was horrible.

Odamız zemin kattaydı, yanımızdaki pencereden bütün akşam bütün müzikleri ve sohbetleri aynen dinledik, odamız soğuktu, odanın içinden banyo kapısının camından duş ve klozet gözüküyor, yatakta yatan birisi içeride duş alanı izliyor, her şey baya kötüydü, duşakabin yok klozetle dip dibe duş alıyorsunuz, yerde bize ait olmayan başka kişilerin kıyafetleri vardı, sanırım unutulmuş, yerler çok pisti, temizlendiğini düşünmüyorum, battaniye istedik yok dediler, yorgan sorduk kirli dediler, şal gibi bir örtü verdiler, üşüdük, klimanın kumandası yoktu, istedik getirdi, emanet buldum geri götüreceğim dedi, bütün gece klimayı ayarlayamadık, uyandık sabah kapının önünde geceden kalma bira şişeleri, tuvalet de yeterince temiz değildi, yataklar zaten gıcırdıyor, her yerden gürültü çoktu, otopark zaten yok, otele yakın park yeri neredeyse imkansız, memnun kalmadık, şampuan duş jeli kahvaltı vs. Hiçbir şey yoktu, ama fazladan yastık bile yoktu, genel olarak hiçbi şeyi beğenmedik, fiyatını asla haketmiyor, burada kalmanızı önermiyorum, kendisini çok geliştirmeli hem de çok

I had a great stay in this hotel, very good location in Urfa. The staff was really nice and very listening in our needs. I would strongly recommend it!

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Urfa! The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything you need. One evening, we even enjoyed some live music and traditional dance, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend staying here!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, very convenient for getting around the city. I also felt very safe at all times. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. But the best part was the service from Faruq, the owner, who went above and beyond to make my experience excellent. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Accueil spontané, efficace, que dire de l'environnement qui est très chaleureux, on se sent dans un cocon, il organise même parfois des événements musicaux riches en festivité et en rencontre ! pas de fausse hospitalité Farouk est franc et honnête. l'endroit est proche du centre touristique tous accomodation pour un prix très raisonnable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit si vous passez par Şanlıurfa

location is really good, easy to access + bar downstairs is nice for who likes it. it was smelling fresh cleaned when i arrived , bonus points for that.

there was a constant cold breeze in the wc from somewhere and hot water pressure was low. This might not be an issue in summer , but in winter it was little bit a small issue, though the AC was good enough to heat the room.

Great staff who helped a lot with getting around the area. Clean room, comfy bed.

The room was so incredibly cold but this is partly my fault because I forgot to ask for the extra heater. The heater in the room isn’t enough. Also I’m not exaggerating when I say a couple millimeters of movement of the shower temperature handle was the difference between painfully hot and ice cold. It always took me several minutes of very careful movement to get a water temperature that wasn’t uncomfortable. Also the host would regularly lock the entrance door in the middle of the day. Luckily there was always someone to let me in if I returned to a locked door. However, when I was on my way to leave to the airport on my last day I was locked in! There was no way to unlock the door from the inside and I couldn’t leave wtf!! They returned within a few minutes but it still felt very very weird to be stuck like that.
