Service was very slow

Facility was bad,nothing was available not even hot water.. I had aged parents and 88 stairs to get to our room. It felt like the resort was harassing us for the discount given on booking.com Overall it was a horrible experience

Hotel situated in a very nice place with a valley view,no disturbance,quiet and peaceful.

We booked 5 suite rooms for our family stay, but despite room availability, the hotel initially refused to allocate all 5 rooms together, which made it very difficult for us to spend quality time as a family. The rooms that were finally allocated had multiple issues — poor maintenance, damaged furniture, weak or no WiFi connectivity, windows that could not be closed properly, and absolutely no timely response from the helpdesk or hotel staff. Even after leaving the room keys at the front desk, housekeeping and room service were not done. Hot water service was available for only one hour, and even then the water was barely warm. This caused major inconvenience, especially for kids and senior citizens. We also noticed several guests who had booked online arguing with the front desk regarding under-maintained rooms and poor service. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The same dishes were repeated on all 3 days of our stay, with very limited quality and variety. During the rain, rooms were flooded with water and no floor mats were provided, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, especially through Booking.com. Unfortunately, we had no option to cancel and shift to another hotel, which made the entire trip very upsetting.
