Everything was just on point. The host was very welcoming and made sure that all my needs were met. She was kind enough to also make local recommendations for me. I enjoyed my stay

Hosts were very friendly, kind and generous. I was even able to use their mountain bike during my stay. I would stay again.

Internet was intermittent at first. Problem was resolved.

The hostess was lovely, welcoming and helpful. I liked the room a lot. It was well thought of.

The bathroom wasnt very clean : I found a slug on the bath mat. Also the bath towels were already humid before I used them. Finally, the sink was a bit blocked.

Excellent accommodation, with lots of space and amenities, including a mini fridge, lots of coffee and tea and biscuits, big TV with all streaming services, and even all sorts of charging cables! My host was super accommodating to my questions and helped with finding the right takeaway to order. Cute porch with chairs and a hanging egg chair to spend the late afternoon chilling. Super late check-out, it allowed me to have a lie-in!

Lots of noise in the morning due to the construction sites around the area, which was unfortunately because the evening was lovely quiet. I've decided to take a bath instead of a shower which was a bad decision as it took too long to fill in and the water went cold. But the electric shower was working just fine.

Great room with everything we needed

The room was bright, spacious and well equipped. Provisions of tea, coffee, snacks and bottled water were much appreciated. Also a good selection of toiletries in the bathroom. Bed, pillows and bedding were exceptional. Ample parking and easy to find, very close to Bury St Edmunds town centre. Lovely and friendly hosts were really helpful. I received very detailed directions to the property well before I travelled, and hosts were there for greetings and showing the property.

Bathroom smelled a little damp and fittings in there could do with updating.

Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Communication before arriving was excellent. The Lodge was ideal for us to use as a base for visiting relatives in the area. We've had a great time. Accommodation is spotless and a great price, I do think they could easily charge more.
